Scope of Our MEP Works

1. HVAC & Mechanical Systems

Our mechanical team designed and executed high-efficiency HVAC solutions to maintain indoor comfort while supporting the station’s large passenger movement.

Key activities:

  • Supply & installation of AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans
  • Chilled water piping and pump systems
  • Fresh air, smoke extraction & pressurization systems
  • Ducting, insulation & equipment testing
  • Energy-efficient controls integrated with BMS

2. Electrical Works

The station requires a robust electrical backbone. We delivered end-to-end electrical installations ensuring uninterrupted, safe, and efficient power distribution.

Scope includes:

  • LV panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs installation
  • Power & lighting systems for all operational zones
  • Emergency & exit lighting as per UAE Civil Defense
  • Cable management, containment & earthing systems
  • Lightning protection systems
  • Testing & commissioning of all electrical components

3. Plumbing & Drainage Systems

Reliable water management systems were implemented across public and service areas.

Activities include:

  • Water supply & distribution network installation
  • Drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems
  • Pump rooms, booster pumps & transfer pumps
  • Water heaters & related equipment
  • Testing, flushing & commissioning

4. Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems

As a high-traffic public facility, fire safety is critical. Our team installed complete fire protection systems compliant with UAE Civil Defense.

Works executed:

  • Fire alarm & voice evacuation systems
  • Sprinkler networks, FM-200, hose reel & hydrant systems
  • Fire pumps & control panels
  • Emergency lighting & integration with BMS
  • Full testing & Civil Defense inspections

5. ELV & Technology Systems

To support operational efficiency and security, our ELV division delivered advanced technology systems across the station.

Systems installed:

  • CCTV & access control
  • Public address & BGM systems
  • ICT & structured cabling
  • BMS, networking & control systems
  • Integration with fire systems, lighting & utilities
